How to Access the platform and Request Assistance

How to Log In

To log into the Buxton Analytics Platform go to our website at:

Select the "Login" button on the top right hand corner of the site. 

You will be redirected to the login page. From here you can bookmark this page for future use. Type in your username (your e-mail address) and password. 

If you've either forgotten your password or attempted to log in too many times and locked your account, you can click on "Need help signing in?". This will expand the following three options:

Forgot Password - Allows you to reset your password via the email we have on file.

Unlock Account - Allows you to unlock your account (via email) if you've attempted to log in too many times. 

Help - Returns you to this current page.

How to Log Out

To log out of the platform select your icon on the top right hand corner and select the log out option. This will ensure that your session has ended.

If you encounter any difficulties or need assistance with the platform, our Customer Support Team is here to help. Simply click the green button located at the bottom right corner of the platform to reach out to us via chat. We're committed to providing you with the support you need.
