Once you've uploaded data to SCOUT you may find yourself needing to update the layer name or icon. You may also need to upload a new data layer to replace outdated data and delete your older layers to keep your SCOUT clean.
Pushpins
To edit your pushpin data layers click here to see how you can edit your uploaded layers. The pushpin functionality will act as it normally does as if adding through the map view. You can add additional pushpins to your newly uploaded layer and remove them one by one by using the map view as outlined in the linked article.
Territories/Custom Polygons
To edit your custom polygon data layers click here to see how you can edit your uploaded layers. The custom polygon functionality will act as it normally does as if adding through the map view. You can add additional polygons to your newly uploaded layer and remove them one by one by using the map view as outlined in the linked article.
Areas of Interest
You can edit areas of interest layers in two ways. Click here to see how to edit them using the map view. To make edits using My Data, you can do so by clicking on the gear wheel next to either the "Points" layer folder or the "Geographies" layer folder.

To delete an entire folder, click on the more option selection on the far right and choose the option. You will be prompted to confirm the delete and must click 'Yes' to finish the action. *Note - this will delete all sub folders and layers within each sub-folder. The Global folder is hard coded and cannot be deleted.
To delete or edit a layer, click on the more option selection on the far right and choose to either rename the layer, update the icon for the layer (point based only), or delete the layer. You will see a prompt to make sure you want to save changes. Be sure to click the green 'Save' option to finish your action.
