How to Use This Buxton Template Report:
This report estimates where E&M visits originate within the geography being analyzed. It is limited to Office visits and All Other facility visits, providing insight into the volume of provider office visits compared to all other facility types.
When running this report, the best practice is to create a specific, searchable title for the area being evaluated.

The report helps us understand the projected volume of visits, compared to larger geographies around the area being evaluated. The index value is relative to the entire country, where 100 is average.
To read this report, we recommend reviewing the indices right to left. In the example below the Office visits national index is 100 (average), while the state, county, and site (based on the 15-minute drive time) each index is below 60. For this site, the visits index is 43, indicating 57% below the national average.
This report includes E&M visits estimates for both Current Year and Five-Year projections.
