Send and manage your data

To send us your data outside of the platform, Buxton uses a secure MFT. Below you will find information on navigating through the MFT. We do NOT accept Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data via email or other less secure format. We will delete it if received in this format and request via MFT if sent. Please reach out to your account team if you need to have an MFT setup and have additional questions.

Login using your provided Login ID and Password

Upon logging into Buxton MFT you will be presented with 2 options:

Web Client

**Web Client is a basic browser based FTP client**
File Size limitation of <2GB per file using Web Client
Use FTP Voyager or FileZilla etc to transfer larger than 2GB files

Uploading Files

Select “Upload”, Click “Choose File” and select the file you want to upload. To upload multiple files at once, use FTP Voyager.

Downloading Files

Double click the file you want to download or click the file once and select the “Download” button.

FTP Voyager

**FTP Voyager is a Java based FTP client with a similar interface to FileZilla**

To use FTP Voyager you will need Java installed on your computer.

Uploading Files:

Locate the file you want to upload on the left side of FTP Voyager. Once located, drag and drop that file to the empty space in the right side of FTP Voyager.

Downloading Files:

Locate the file you want to download on the right side of FTP Voyager. Once located, drag and drop that file to the empty space in the left side of FTP Voyager.
