Viewing Reports for SCOUT

Written by Maddie Wolfe

Overview

If you are looking for help on how to run a report please see this article. Once you have run your report there are 2 different ways to view it. You can either view your report by selecting from a list view or you can simply toggle it on via the map layer and visualize it on the map.

Reports tab

Select the reports tab on the top banner. You should notice the dates along the top right only show the past month's worth of results. You are able to change the dates easily here to view vintage reports. The collaborate feature may also yield additional results as it will show any results that other users in your organization have run. *Please note this feature can be disabled at your admin's request.

Once you are in this reports menu, simply click view report to pull up the menu for the report. Depending on the report ran, you will see that you can either view the dynamic version, download the report, or even view it directly through SCOUT if there is a PDF version of the report available. If you need help interpreting any report, please contact your account manager.

View Reports (map)

Once your report has completed, go to the "View Reports" tab and select the correct report type to view it on the map. You will see icons appear on the map from previously run reports. The collaborate feature toggled above is also visualized here at the top of the menu.

You can either left or right click on the icons. Left-clicking will open an info window allowing you to download the report. Right-clicking on the icon will allow you to view report details, view the PDF, or download the PDF.

*Please note for any geography-based report, the icon will appear tied to a point on the geography.
