Data Information

Retail centers are clusters of retail, restaurant, and direct-to-consumer services businesses that range in size from small centers with only a few tenants to large centers with 100+ tenants.

In your SCOUT page these centers are broken up into 9 distinct categories:

Upscale national-chain specialty stores with dining and entertainment in an outdoor setting.

Neighborhood Center

Tenant Count: 10-20

Typical tenants: Full-line or junior department store, mass merchant, discount department store and/or fashion apparel store.

Legacy Retail Centers

Buxton's legacy retail center data has been retained in this area. Location names are configured using a "CENTER TYPE - CENTER NAME" naming convention (i.e. Regional Center - Main Street Shopping Center).
