Products and Features With Mobile GPS Data Limitations

Alert

  • Alert reports exclude locations from Maryland and Oregon.

Match

  • Match reports are disabled in Maryland and Oregon.

  • Maryland/Oregon locations are excluded from benchmark options.

Mobilytics

  • Mobilytics reports are disabled in Maryland and Oregon.

  • Visits from known Maryland/Oregon households are excluded in Mobilytics trade area, household characteristics, or visitor behavior results for other states.

SCOUT

  • Shopping Center Insights Report

  • Shopping Center Insights Report results are disabled in Maryland and Oregon.

  • SCOUT Info Windows

  • Brand rank, visit counts, and visit percentages are excluded from info windows in Maryland and Oregon.

  • Refreshes to Observed Customer Profiles, Observed Trade Areas, and Observed Customer Households

  • Refreshes of customer profiles do not use mobile GPS data from Maryland or Oregon. Instead, we generate the profile based on data from other states or use your first party customer data, so long as you provided any required notice and obtained any required consents for the first party customer data.

  • Refreshes of observed location-level trade areas do not use mobile GPS data in Maryland or Oregon. Instead, we use averages from other markets.

  • Refreshes of observed customer households are not supported in Maryland or Oregon. Visualizing potential households based on the profile is still an option for those states, or we can upload your first-party customer data for actual customer visualization.

 Other Custom Tools

  • Custom site scoring models, custom reports, or other tools that use mobile GPS data as an input exclude data coming from Maryland and Oregon.
